Our Whisky and Almond Cake is lighter than a traditional rich fruit cake and made with whisky - soaked vine fruits, plenty of almonds and cherries. It is covered with hand placed whole almonds and doused with yet more whisky.
Available as 4, 5 & 6 inch round cakes
