TERMS and CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this web site. Please read them carefully as they may affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this web site.

ALL OUR CAKES CONTAIN ALLERGENS - NUTS, WHEAT & EGGS

Please read the label on the cake to check the ingredients.

1. QUALITY

We pride ourselves in the quality of our cakes and we hope you enjoy them. If for any unlikely reason you are dissatisfied please do not hesitate to contact us on 01558 668141.

2. DAMAGE

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage. If you have a complaint you must tell us as within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned goods we will fully investigate the circumstances and may elect to refund the purchase price or provide replacement goods at no cost to you.

3. IMPORTING

Certain food items may be prohibited in a country to which they may be sent. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited. Also, some countries may levy an import tax or duty, which is beyond our control, and will have to be paid by the recipient on delivery of the parcel.

4. REMITTANCE TERMS

We send your goods once we have received debit/credit card or Paypal authorisation via e mail, or received and banked your cheque. In the event that your card is refused, we will e-mail you and ask you to supply another card or to contact your bank to arrange clearance. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.

5. LIMITATIONS

You may not use this site for any of the following purposes -

- disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material
- transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice
- gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems
- interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of this web site
- breaching any laws concerning the use of public telecommunications networks

Please allow 5-7 working days for cakes to arrive from date of order. Please allow a longer delivery time during busy periods, i.e. Christmas.

The correct post code is vital for prompt delivery of your order. If you are unsure of your postcode, call Royal Mail on this local-rate number, 08457 111222 between 9am and 5pm, or visit their website at www.royalmail.com

2. OVERSEAS

The Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe in 3 working days and in 5 days for delivery Worldwide.

We do not take any responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
