Celebration Rich Fruit Cake/Christmas Cake
THE LAST DAY FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS IS 16th DECEMBER
Our Celebration Rich Fruit Cake/Christmas Cake is hand made in the traditional way using my own recipe.
Succulent rum-soaked vine fruits, almonds, cherries and fruit zest are hand mixed with Welsh farm house butter and Welsh free range eggs to create this rich and delicious fruit cake, and each cake is finished off with a generous measure of Cognac.
Our delicious Celebration RIch Fruit Cake has been awarded a Two Star Gold at the 2007 Great Taste Awards and a Commended in the True Taste of Wales 2007 competition
Available as 4, 5 and 6 inch round cakes
